1. Vai trò và trách nhiệm/ Roles & responsibilities:
1.1 Sales developer for Northern area & B2B.
- Receiving order information from SM, ASM and customers in the North area, order processing:
+ Checking inventory
+ Informing customers about delivery time.
+ Checking the debt of promotion goods to confirm with customers the time for returning promotion goods.
+ Receiving information about transportation of receiving goods from customers, making order details Who-Where-What-When-How.
+ Tracking the delivery progress at KVF, the delivery progress at the dealer warehouse.
- Working with the transport unit after receiving the order and confirming the order (for customers KVF + Transport + Agents with a contract to hire a transport unit).
+ Confirming the transport price (if there is any change) and transferring the new price information to the customer.
+ Informing the transport unit the number of containers, the consignee unit, the place of receipt, the consignee, the time of receipt of the goods.
+ Receiving vehicle information including: Vehicle number, driver information (full name, ID number, phone number), cont/seal number, vehicle arrival time at KVF warehouse.
+ Following up the progress of exporting and receiving goods.
- Confirm the receipt of goods, pay the shipping fee when the goods arrive at the customer's warehouse.
- Tracking debts, reminding customers, responding to debt information when customers have questions.
- Confirming and responding to information when customers notify money transfer.
- Following up, providing legal documents, products, and packaging samples to customers when required and approved.
- Following up and solving other problems arising in the area.
- Finding new B2B clients, prepare contracts, take care & settle all issues relating to B2B clients.
- Performing other tasks in the regulations when assigned by superiors.
1.2. Marketing:
- Taking permission for campaign promotions (HCM City of industry and trade): make a detail of list for campaign promotions, application for permission, follow on FAST
- Taking permission for conferences, seminars (ICT, PPD): prepare application for permission, follow up and add documents as required
- Making bag design: template, check (Basic Standard, Circulation Decision, Announcement Conformity,…), update product code file
- Customer care: checking vouchers, make report
- Making MKT materials: contract, design, check final products
- Making film, loudspeakers, newspaper,…: contract, content, check with agencies
- Review SKU: check and make report to GD (if any)
- Support for MKT team: provide/ confirm agriculture’s information, idea,…
1.3. Agronomist:
- Making field experiment: Contract, delivery fertilizer, checking on field, report
- Making Demo plots: Discuss with ASM & sales man (traditional farming methods, choose kind of crops, quantity, time, area,…), checking on field, report
- Receiving and solving fertilizer’s problems to customer (phone/ field): get information about their problems, show for them about problems in their application method, introduction for KVF’s products usage
- Making introduction file (show in conference, seminars), brochure, leaflet,…: prepare and update base on events, sales request
2.Yêu cầu/Requirements:
- Graduated from college, university in Agricultural, chemical.
- At least 3 years of experiences in technical sales in fertilizer, pesticides.
- Proficient in presentation, troubleshooting relate fertilizer product, agriculture's disease.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Good presentation, communication, management and negotiation skills, willing to go on business trip.
- Know English: can communication and report
